• Preorder processing times range from 7–14 business days

• Preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered once placed

• Delays are possible due to sourcing, customs, and supplier timelines

• Processing time for: 3–7 business days

• Shipping time varies by carrier and location

• We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
